To Defrost OR To Use Cold: Defrost frozen product inside refrigerator until thawed. For quick defrosting, use microwave oven on defrost mode only. Place frozen product in a tray or plate and defrost for 1 minute or until thawed.

To Serve Hot:Â After defrosting frozen product (as given above), proceed to heat by choosing your preferred method below.Â

Frying Pan: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled pan. Spread already thawed product in the pan turning it gently through heating over medium heat.
Storage Instructions:
Keep frozen at or below -18°C.
Do not re-freeze.
